On the log-in screen, tap Forgot password? and use your recovery code (you can make one in Settings, Account and security, Recovery code). Each code works once. No code? Email us with your username and we will help you back in once we know the account is yours.

Subscriptions are managed by your app store. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. Go stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Reading and listening to the Holy Qur’an always stays free.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by your app store. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your Google Play order history.

Someone is bothering me

Open their profile or your chat with them, then Block or Report. Blocking stops all messages at once, and a person reviews every report. Read our child safety standards. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency number.
